Grooming new leaders: A how-to workshop  v

April 29 from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

You know that having the right talent in your organization is critical to your organization’s effectiveness. Yet many nonprofits have a hard time recruiting and retaining key talent. When high turnover and low morale is a problem, senior leaders may feel squeezed to bring in new managers who aren’t the right fit. In this workshop, you will learn valuable processes for successfully developing, aligning and retaining leadership for your organization.

Target audience: Senior nonprofit leaders

Cost: $25.00; Register online.

Location: The Rhode Island Foundation
